Profile
I am a software engineer with experience in full-stack development, business automation, AI agents, and AWS infrastructure. I have worked across the development lifecycle, from exploring an idea and designing the system to implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
Recent projects include a document-based AI agent platform, an agent that operates E-Commerce APIs, and SRE work on a Data Lake module. I enjoy researching new technology, but prefer to test it on a small scale before bringing it into a business workflow.
This resume reflects my experience as recorded in May 2026.
Skills
- Application development: Java / Spring Boot, JavaScript / React, Python / FastAPI, C# / .NET, and TypeScript. I have also used React Native and Swift for mobile work.
- AI and automation: LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, Tool Calling, self-hosted LLM evaluation, RAG, OCR, chunking, embeddings, Qdrant, and real-time voice integration with Gemini Live API.
- Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Multi VPC networking, PrivateLink, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild. I use Docker for personal projects.
- Data: PostgreSQL for business applications, alongside MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Qdrant for other workloads.
- Team work: Initial architecture and MVP implementation as Team Lead, task breakdown, code review, progress tracking, and BrSE coordination with engineers in Vietnam.
- Focus: Performance, maintainable code, and interfaces that make everyday tasks easier.
Project experience
Data Lake platform — SRE
November 2025 onward, as of May 2026 · Overall project: approximately 300 people
Implemented infrastructure for the Data Lake module of a major Japanese telecom platform. Specialist teams provided architecture and security designs; I translated them into Terraform and checked the resulting AWS resources.
My work included Multi VPC connectivity, permissions and security settings, environment differences, and CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions and CodePipeline / CodeBuild.
E-Commerce AI Agent — Team Lead
July–October 2025 · Team: 4
Designed and implemented an agent that handles natural-language requests through an existing E-Commerce API. Tools cover product and customer lookup, stock checks, and order creation.
Used FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, MongoDB, and AWS. I built the agent flow, tool integration, a simple JavaScript chat UI, and evaluated self-hosted LLMs for answer quality, tool selection, speed, and cost.
AI Agent platform — Team Lead
April–July 2025 · Team: 5
Built the initial architecture and MVP for a platform where businesses create agents from uploaded documents. Implemented the flow from OCR and text extraction through chunking, embeddings, Qdrant retrieval, and chat answers.
Used React, FastAPI, MongoDB, and AWS, with configurable model providers and real-time voice conversations through Gemini Live API. After the MVP, I split tasks, reviewed code, supported technical decisions, and tracked progress.
B2B wholesale DX — SE / BrSE responsibilities
April 2022–March 2025 · Team: 6
Studied a produce wholesaler's workflows and developed systems in three stages: online ordering with real-time prices, a responsive replacement for an MS-DOS entry system, and tablet-based invoice entry with handwriting recognition.
Handled technical research, design, database and base-code development, implementation, and maintenance. I prepared documentation for the Vietnam outsourcing team, coordinated questions and progress, and reported to the CEO every two weeks.
Stack: React, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS, React Native, Swift, Python / FastAPI, and TensorFlow.
E-Commerce backend — SE
October 2021–April 2022 · Team: approximately 30
Worked on the backend of an E-Commerce site selling anime merchandise. Implemented monthly sales-summary batches, error reporting, and customer emails with AWS Lambda.
Stack: C# / ASP.NET Core 3, PostgreSQL, Lambda, Cognito, and S3.
Warehouse management — SE
September–December 2021 · Team: 5
Worked with a third-party E-Commerce API to develop a warehouse-management system. Built responsive screens, invoice layouts, and PDF / CSV exports using Java, Spring MVC, and PostgreSQL.
Internal and external project support — SE

Developed a book-management application in Java and an employee-management application with C# WinForms. Participated in project support and maintenance while learning the team's development practices.

- NeoSocket: A C# networking framework with packet handlers, middleware, an IoC container, and Unity / TypeScript clients.
- Jingi: A Unity MMORPG prototype combining quests and equipment with MOBA-inspired combat.
- NeoSekai: A metaverse MVP for testing packet batching and cell-based server management.
- Cypher: A real-time chat experiment with client-side encryption and shared passwords.
- Apartment Management: A small rental-management web app built with AWS serverless services.
- ChatGPT++: An early OpenAI API chat client with browser speech and local conversation history.
